About Congress:
The 22nd National and 10th International Congress on Biologywhich will be supported by the Iranian Biology Society (IBS) and hosted by the faculty of Basic Sciences of Shahrekord University in Shahrekord, from 31 August to 2 September 2022. The Iranian Biology Congress is the largest event on biological sciences in Iran. The purpose of this congress is to present researchers` latest scientific-research achievements in the country and internationally in various fields of biology. Furthermore, the establishment of research and technology cooperation in the form of memorandums of understanding at national and international levels is another goal of this great congress; in 2020, the congress hosted by Semnan University and Due to Covid-19 pandemic it was held online. This year, Shahrekord University is hosting the Iranian Biology Congress in-person. Shahrekord University – The roofing of Iran University - a comprehensive and designated university of Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari province.
The aims of the Congress:
1) Presenting the latest scientific-research achievements of professors and researchers in different branches of biological sciences.
2) Providing a suitable place for discussion and exchange of views between professors, researchers and students of Iran.
3) Holding specialized workshops related to the 4 main axes of biology and the slogan of the Congress.
4)Holding workshops on entrepreneurship and skills development in biology.
5) Concluding memorandums of cooperation related to life sciences at national and international levels.
6) Delivering the speech of the International Biology Experienced in the Congress with the aim of increasing the level of scientific awareness of the participants and providing the ground for bilateral and multilateral research and technology cooperation.
7) Introducing the various capacities of Shahrekord University in the field of life sciences to the country's universities and foreign universities with the aim of developing scientific, research and technological relations.
